Frasers Property and Sekisui House are in the process of finalising plans for Block 4N of Central Park, which is located on the corner of Broadway and Abercrombie Street at the southern gateway to Central Park.
The proposed scheme has been designed by Foster + Partners with local collaborating architect PTW Architects, and is generally based on the current approved Concept Plan for Central Park. We would now like to introduce the design to the community for feedback prior to finalising our plans for submission for planning consent.
Block 4N is a 16 storey mixed-use building, located on the corner of Broadway and Abercrombie Street, designed by Foster + Partners with local collaborating architect PTW. The proposed plans contain a 292 room hotel, 48 residential apartments, 6,000sqm of commercial office space, a public child care centre, and ground level retail spaces.
You are invited to come along to a briefing to find out more about Block 4N and tell us what you think about the design. The briefing will be attended by PTW Architects, senior staff from Frasers Property and relevant project consultants, who will all be available to address any questions you may have. Plans and drawings of the proposed scheme will be on display.
This community consultation event will take place on Tuesday 30 September.
