The Old Rum Store, which is located on the Broadway end of Kensington Street will be a pop-up space for talented international chefs to host private dining parties and events up to 120 people.
The first chef to begin the series is celebrated Hong Kong chef Stanley Wong hailing from Michelin-starred Jean-Gean-Georges Vongerichten’s Jean-Georges and Spice Market in New York and the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong.
Bookings for The Private Kitchen are now open from early December to later February 2017. The line-up of other international chefs that will make an appearance at The Private Kitchen will be released early next year.
