Sky at One Central Park floats high above the city with an organic ethos expressed in the vertical gardens which wrap the façade, the hanging gardens that frame the view and the natural textures found in every detail. Interiors by Koichi Takada are sculpted through the use of abundant natural light, expansive views and free-flowing spaces. Natural and sustainable materials such as stone, marble and timber support an organic ambience that flows from room to room.
Sky at One Central Park is the name of the uppermost 5 levels of One Central Park East, from levels 29 to 33 rising to 116 metres high, the same height as the UTS tower on the opposite side of Broadway.
Day or night, the Sky Garden provides an extraordinary private terrace from which to appreciate magnificent views to the inner harbour, Botany Bay and the Blue Mountains. The Sky Garden rests lightly on a monumental cantilever extending 40m from the facade of One Central Park's East tower. It's an urban oasis high above the city, an expansive terraced deck with jacuzzi, outdoor dining and curvaceous sun loungers, to be enjoyed by the exclusive few.
In November 2014, One Central Park was declared the Best Tall Building Worldwide by the esteemed Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, in Chicago. We agree.
